Klout
Creative Director / Head of Design
Joining the Klout team in early 2011 as their first visual designer, I was tasked with taking both product and marketing to new heights through design-driven thinking. Having quickly increased brand awareness in the market through innovative and exciting implementations, resulting in Klout winning the AdTech award for best new technology in 2011, and articles in publications such as Wired Magazine, the effectiveness of design was clear. Klout's identity matured along with its products, and the demand for creative resources quickly grew as well. Our creative and design competency included teams of product designers, visual designers, and copywriters. As Creative Director, my role was to maintain the visual identity and brand presence of Klout with regards to agency and brand relationships, as well as for consumers, through web, mobile, and enterprise solutions. Having built one of the most surprising brand stories in Silicon Valley, Klout's success will continue on through an acquisition by Lithium Technologies.
